Room Types and Details

To help when selecting your room please note the following room configurations. We offer King Beds as standard ** apart from in our Twin rooms. There is no lift, the first and second floors are accessed by stairs. Unfortunately, none of our rooms, due to the design of the building, are wheelchair accessible. All rooms are en-suite.

**UK bed sizes are as follows:

• Single 3'0'' x 6'3'' 90 x 190 cm

• King Size 5'0'' x 6'6'' 150 x 200cm

• Super King Size 6'0'' x 6'6'' 180 x 200xm

**Twin Rooms ~ Twin Rooms have two single beds. Room 1 can be booked on the ground floor, the other, Room 2 is on the first floor.

Cosy King Rooms ~ Both Rooms (10 and 11) are situated on the first floor. One has a garden view (11) and the other (10) has a street view.

King Rooms ~ Both Rooms are situated on the first floor. One has a garden view (9) and the other (5) has a street view.

Superior King Rooms ~ Both rooms, 3 and 4 are at the front of the house and have beautiful, panoramic views out, over Pitlochry.

Family Rooms ~ One of these rooms (12) is on the first floor with one king-size bed and one sofa bed. This room has street views/mountain views. Suitable for 3 people. This Room also has a bath with a shower. The second of these rooms is situated on the second floor (7) and has a twin or SuperKing bed configuration with a sofa bed. A single room (6) adjacent to this room can be used and is perfect for an older child or a single adult in your party. Room 7 has an ensuite shower. Room 6 doesn’t but uses either Room 7 shower or a shower room on the floor below. Both rooms together are suitable for 4 people. Room 7 for 3.

Facilities. All our rooms have luxury linen, fluffy towels, slippers, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi included. as standard. We also supply Highland Soap Company Toiletries for that extra bit of luxury and traditional homemade Tablet to enjoy when you arrive.
